ICO extends time limit for ratification, acceptance, approval or accession of ICA 2007

At the 115th Session of the International Coffee Council, Members resolved – with Resolution 456 – to extend the period for the deposit of instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval of the International Coffee Agreement 2007 with the Depositary under the provisions of Article 40 of the Agreement and of Resolution 454 from 30 September 2015 to 30 September 2016.
The ICC has also decided to extend the period for the deposit of instruments of accession to the International Coffee Agreement 2007 with the Depositary under the provisions of Article 43 of the Agreement and of Resolution 454 from 30 September 2015 to 30 September 2016 or such other time as the Council may decide.
