The Brazilian Cup of Excellence® - Early Harvest 2014 announced the winners.

This year Cup of Excellence® (COE) has celebrated 100th edition in Brazil where there competition started 15 years ago. For the pre-selection phase there were announced 356 samples from across the country, and only 60 where cupped by the international jury especially invited by this occasion from Australia, USA, Japan, South Korea, Norway, France and Spain. The final stage took place October 13-17, in Vicosa after which there were announced the winners of this year. Candido Vladimir Ladeia Rosa from Fazenda Ouro Verde (Piata, Bahia) with the maximum score of 94.05 points has become the first two-time champion in Brazil.

The event was conducted by support of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association and in a close cooperation with Brazil APEX.
