To Use or Not To Use Robusta in the Blend?
We invite you to join the seminar which is hosted by a person who is sure that Robusta has the right to be used in the blends and is ready to share this knowledge with participants.
Participants will get presentation of the concept of Blending. Then a professional cupping session on evaluation of several various Robustas will take place giving audience understanding of main cup characteristics and preparing palate for further activities.
Key activity of the seminar – cupping session of various Blends containing diverse Robustas and defining what each Robusta brings to the Blend.

Michael has joined Bernhard Rothfos (A Company of Neumann Kaffee Gruppe) more than 20 year ago and since then has being gaining experience in various facets of Coffee Industry. His area of expertise covers such crucial issues as Coffee Trade (he is fully responsible for East African Arabica Desk), Quality (he is Head of Quality Department) and Blends Operations (he is fully responsible for all Blends Operations in the Company).
