Subsidies for the Russian tea plantations - it is a reality

In late August, the Memorandum of Ministry of Agriculture was published (№ 1042 on August 15, 2011), approving Regulations on the selection of economically important regional agricultural development programs of the Russian Federation and the documents forms on the basis of which grants support will be provided to these programs as well as spending control. Control over the implementation of the order assigned to the Deputy Minister Korolev S.V.Support for domestic tea growing through subsidies for tea plantations is an long exciting issue among representatives of Krasnodar Region farms, where for more than 100 years tea is grown, traditionally called the northernmost.
Not so long ago on May 6th, 2011, Russian Prime Minister V. Putin at interregional conference Strategy of social economic development of southern part of Russia by 2020. The program for 2011-2012 drew the participants' attention that support policies and subsidies for tea plantations are budgeted, but due to lack of information or poorly spent mechanisms for access to these tools support is not well known.
Memorandum № 270 contains all the necessary information to make a real grants for Russian tea plantations.
