Breathing problems are treated with green tea
Scientists have found that if you have problems with memory, associated with obstructive sleep apnea, you should drink green tea.
According to the study, published in the American magazine of mechanical ventilation and intensive care, anti-oxidants contained in green tea can improve patients' memory, suffering from obstructive sleep apnea. Green tea contains substances called polyphenols, which protect brain cells from neurodegenerative lesions.
