Coffee houses chains in St. Petersburg are planning to expand, despite the renting price rising.
In St. Petersburg now there are 56 stores of "Coffee House", by the end of the year there will be seven ones more.
Coffee chain "Ideal Cup", which has not expanded since 2009, rents new premises. At the heart of the city it's lack of areas suitable for coffee houses on the power capacity that constrained growth of "Ideal cup". By the end of the year it is planned to open two more coffee houses, and in the presence of suitable premises in the next year there will be four ones more. Coffeeshop looks all regions and all formats - the chain plans to grow from 19 stores to 30."ShoKoladnitsa" is planning to open 5-6 coffee houses in new areas,now it's 28 stores.
